These are not iron on patches. All patches are 3.5 inches wide, made from a twill weave (87% cotton / 13% polyester) and embroidered with rayon thread. They can be used individually or in combination with other patches. You’ll need to either glue the patch onto the vest or you (or someone you know) will need to sew these patches on as our dogs haven’t learned how to do that yet. If you are going to sew a patch on the pocket area of the cape, you’ll need to sew it by hand. If you put it on the top of the cape you can use a machine. You might also consider using velcro or glue. You can also have your vest custom embroidered, again you’ll need to do that once you get your vest. The Tiny and X-Small jackets do not have enough space for the round patches to be placed on the side. Instead you can place one round patch in the middle on the back. Patches are sold each, not pairs. There are no rules that dictate where or how many patches should be on a vest. Most people use two of each patch, one for each side. The patches will arrive stapled in a plastic bag to your invoice. Since they are small they are sometimes missed as this attachment. |

Since the Robots Exclusion Protocol has become a de facto standard for crawler regulation, a thorough study of the regulation and behavior of crawlers with respect to the Robots Exclusion Protocol allows us to understand the impact of search engines and the current situation of privacy and security issues related to web crawlers.;The Robots Exclusion Protocol allows websites to explicitly specify an access preference for each crawler by name. Such biases may lead to a “rich get richer” situation, in which a few popular search engines ultimately dominate the web because they have preferred access to resources that are inaccessible to others. We propose a metric to evaluate the degree of bias to which specific crawlers are subjected. We have investigated 7,593 websites covering education, government, news, and business domains, and collected 2,925 distinct robots.txt files. Results of content and statistical analysis of the data confirm that the crawlers of popular search engines and information portals, such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN, are generally favored by most of the websites we have sampled. The goal is to allocate items to the agents so as to maximize the total revenue obtained.;We give two approximation algorithms with 3/4-approximation factor, improving upon the previous best known factor of ≃ 0.632. We use linear programming based techniques, and our approximation ratio is optimal in the sense that it matches the integrality gap of the linear program used by us and by the other authors [24, 2, 3]. We also show hardness of approximation factor of 15/16 for the above problem, and use our techniques to improve the hardness results for other related allocation problems.;We also study the above allocation problem in an online setting. Online version of the problem has motivation in Ad Auctions which are run by search engines such as Google, Microsoft Live, Yahoo!. Previously, the online version was mostly studied in the worst-case setting. But in applications such as Ad Auctions it is unlikely to see a worst-case sequence of items as input. Motivated by this, we study the online version of the problem in which the items arrive in a random order i.e. the set of items are adversarially chosen but the order in which they arrive is random. Automatically constructing wrappers for effective and efficient Web information extraction. $49.99 In the past decade, there has been significant interest among Web mining researchers to develop tools that enable effective and efficient communication with Web search sources, which allow one to search for information stored in back-end databases/indexes. Such tools are extremely important for systems such as metasearch engines, search engines and vertical portals. In this research, I studied three research problems that are very important when interacting with Web search sources. The first problem deals with automatically extracting records present in Web pages. These Web pages can be static HTML pages or dynamic pages returned by Web search sources in response to submitted queries. Avro Lancaster: Britain’s Greatest Wartime Bomber $30.39 The Avro Lancaster is one of the most well known and revered aircraft in aviation history. The RAF’s heavy bomber was developed during the early years of World War 2 when Britain’s only means of taking the offensive to Germany was through the Royal Air Force’s strategic night-bombing campaign. The first Lancaster mission was in 1942, and the aircraft was an instant success. Powered by four Rolls-Royce Merlin engines, its performance outstripped its rivals. By the end of the war, the aircraft had carried out 156,000 missions and dropped over 600,000 tons of high-explosive bombs and more than 51 million incendiary bombs. Its versatility was such that it excelled also in many other roles, including daylight precision bombing. Some of its raids have passed into folklore – the 1943 ‘Dambusters’ raid on dams in the Ruhr area of Germany delivering the unique bouncing bombs designed by Barnes Wallace is probably the most famous. Nineteen Lancasters took part in this raid in May 1943, and eight planes were lost. The 1,000-bomber raid on Cologne led by Bomber Harris and the sinking of the Tirpitz when it was holed up in a Norwegian fjord using 5-ton Tallboy bombs were also key Lancaster raids which changed the course of the war. In total, 7,377 Lancasters were built, the last in December 1945, and although the rapid advance of aviation technology meant that the Lancaster was quickly superseded by the first generation of jet bombers (including the Avro Vulcan), it was still in use with the Canadians in the early 1960s on photo-reconnaissance and maritime patrol, search, and rescue duties.
