How do I go about making a podcast?
I know you have to record your audio and save it as an mp3 file, but then what? I am doing an educational podcast for my psychology class so I want to know how to do one and how to post one. Can anyone help me with this? I’d greatly appreciate it!
I upload my MP3 to a podcast host site. There are free ones but I pay $5.00 a month to make sure I get enough bandwidth. The site gives my listeners a place to go to hear the podcast and read show notes, and generates the RSS code so they can subscribe, and also so the podcast can be picked up by itunes and others. There are many good hosts sites, I use Libsyn.

It had feature limitations such as being unable to output more than one channel of sound where the BBC was capable of three-way polyphony (plus one noise channel) and the inability to provide teletext mode. |
